A 70-Year Commitment To Complex Injury Litigation
For over 70 years, Anesi Ozmon, LTD, has done what many firms won’t: we take cases to verdict. While other firms pressure clients into accepting the first offer, our history has been built in courtrooms: fighting until our clients receive every dollar they deserve.
We are not a firm that measures success by volume. We measure it by outcomes. That focus on outcomes has been our standard for over seven decades.
Why Anesi Ozmon, LTD, Is Different
When it comes to complex injury litigation, not all firms are built the same. The choices a firm makes about which cases to accept, how to staff them and how hard to fight determine everything. Here is how we make those choices.
We Vet Every Case to Protect Every Client
Most personal injury firms sign up every case that walks through the door whether they have merit or not. We don’t.
Every matter that comes into our office goes through a rigorous vetting process to ensure there is a viable cause of action. By doing so, the client is never misinformed about any potential for recovery.
Our caseload is deliberately selective, which means our partners are never stretched thin. When your case is assigned, it receives the full weight of our firm’s resources and attention.
A Firmwide Strategy Built Around You
When a new case comes in, our attorneys conduct extensive internal meetings to go through the facts of the matter and examine all issues of concern. We determine which attorney or team is suited to handle your specific situation.
From there, the work doesn’t stop. We continue to meet as a firm, multiple times, to review case value and develop a trial strategy tailored to your unique circumstances. No cookie-cutter settlements. No assembly line. Just focused, senior-level attention on your case from day one.
The Referral Standard
You know a firm’s reputation by who sends them cases. Anesi Ozmon, LTD, regularly receives referrals from other attorneys, judges, doctors, prior clients and members of the broader legal and medical community. For over 70 years, we have cultivated relationships throughout Illinois. We are widely known as the firm that judges, defense counsel and insurance adjusters trust enough to send their own referrals.

What Our Clients Say
Our reputation has been built over 70 years – one client, one case and one courtroom at a time. The most meaningful measure of that reputation isn’t the awards on our walls. It’s the words of the people we’ve had the privilege of standing beside. Here is what some of them have shared:
- Scott Sands at this firm handled my car accident case in a swift and professional way. Scott was able to settle my case for the maximum amount possible. Anesi Ozmon, LTD, is my preferred law firm. – Joe C.
- This is an outstanding firm. I had two cases running in unison. All the attorneys worked together and stayed on top of your case. They take the time to explain the step-by-step processes and show great patience and understanding. They are very well known and respected in the courtrooms, which helps us the client tremendously. – Garrett B.
These are just two voices from a long history of clients we’ve been honored to represent. [Read more of their stories in their own words here.]
