Marcus T. Lapore Jr.

Marcus T. Lapore dedicates his legal practice to representing individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters throughout all stages of their cases. As an Associate Attorney at Anesi Ozmon Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois, he handles cases involving catastrophic injuries, occupational diseases, motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and other serious injury claims.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Lapore worked as a union construction laborer, providing him with firsthand knowledge of construction sites and the physical demands placed on workers. He uses this experience to connect with clients on a personal level, identify workplace negligence, and pursue maximum compensation on their behalf.

Mr. Lapore is especially passionate about advocating for individuals whose injuries have prevented them from returning to work or enjoying their normal daily lives. His background and understanding of the challenges injured workers face continue to drive his commitment to client advocacy every day.

Mr. Lapore earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Jesse G. Reyes of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, Third Division. He also gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm before joining Anesi Ozmon Ltd. as a law clerk, where he later transitioned into his current role as an Associate Attorney.
