Biography
Phillip Risley is an experienced litigator focused on serious personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He is a fierce advocate for his clients. Mr. Risley takes the time to fully understand the specific facts of each case and then formulates a plan to maximize results. He is a formidable Trial attorney and has obtained excellent results for clients in several Illinois jurisdictions.
Phillip recognizes injured clients often face life changing circumstances, and he approaches these difficult times with compassion and responsibility. He believes establishing a partnership with his clients is paramount to achieving successful results. His ability to look at cases through multiple lenses ensures his clients are well represented and that maximum compensation is achieved.
Phillip Risley earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Risley obtained his undergraduate degree from DePauw University where he majored in Economics and played golf for the men’s varsity team while earning all-conference honors three straight seasons.
Phillip is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). He also earned membership to the Federal Trial Bar where he has been appointed to represent individuals on a pro-bono basis. He has volunteered for the Greater Chicago Food Depository and supported food drives for Catholic Charities.
