$67 MILLION – Record-Breaking Jury Verdict

We are proud to report that Anesi Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd. won a record-breaking jury verdict of $67 million dollars. Our client suffered serious burn injuries when a grain bin exploded at a ConAgra Foods, Inc. facility in Chester, Illinois. The case was tried in the Federal Court in the Southern District of Illinois in East St. Louis, Illinois, on behalf of our client and his wife against ConAgra.
