Hayley K. Graham
Hayley Graham is an associate attorney at Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak, & Kohen. Her practice is committed to fighting for the rights of injured workers in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims.
Hayley is a fierce supporter of workers’ rights. She grew up the daughter and granddaughter of ironworkers out of Local 444 in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Hayley’s background provides her with an earnest understanding of the needs of Anesi Ozmon’s clients. She knows what her clients do for a living and the conditions they do it in. Most importantly, Hayley understands the devastating toll an injury can take on their livelihood.
In 2012, Hayley graduated from DePaul University College of Law, where she focused her studies on courtroom advocacy. During school, Hayley worked as a 711 law clerk for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, a training ground for zealous advocacy. She also served as captain of DePaul’s Joseph Story Chapter team in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity National Mock Trial Competition. Hayley was later chosen to participate in DePaul’s selective Litigation Laboratory. As a student, she also excelled in persuasive legal writing, earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Analysis, Research & Communication III.
Hayley’s commitment to exposing injustice precedes her legal career. Prior to law school, Hayley was an award-winning journalist. She was part of an enterprise-reporting team that garnered the top award in Illinois for investigative reporting. Hayley worked as both an editor and reporter after graduating with honors from Columbia College Chicago in 2007. At Columbia, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Chronicle student newspaper. Under her lead, the Associated Collegiate Press awarded The Chronicle the nationally prestigious Newspaper Pacemaker Award.
Hayley is actively involved in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International and several bar associations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
