On Thursday, October 10, 2013, the Diversity Scholarship Foundation (DSF) honored two of Anesi Ozmon Rodin Novak & Kohen, Ltd.’s attorneys, Jennifer P. Irmen and Melanie VanOverloop with its coveted “Advocate for Diversity Award” for not only promoting diversity within the legal profession but also for inspiring others to follow their example at its Annual Unity Dinner.

Jennifer P. Irmen was a Co-Chair of the DSF’s Annual Unity Dinner and is the Treasurer of the Women’s Bar Association, Treasurer of The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association, Director to the Young Lawyers Division of the Chicago Bar Association, and active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Melanie VanOverloop was a Co-Chair of the DSF’s Annual Unity Dinner Advertisement Committee and is a Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of both the Women’s Bar Association and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
