• Marc Taxman, Mark Novak and Douglas Colby obtained a settlement of $7,500,000 on behalf of a union roofer who suffered a spinal fracture in a fall at a jobsite.

• $18 million settlement in a medical malpractice case involving the traumatic birth of a baby boy who was deprived of oxygen during labor and delivery.
