Steve represents workers in Employment Discrimination and Retaliatory Discharge cases.  Steve helps employees who have been unlawfully fired or denied promotions because of their race, sex, religion or other protected class.  He is particularly eager to assist workers who have been terminated for filing a worker's compensation claim.  Steve takes great satisfaction in helping David defeat Goliath.

Steve also serves the general practice needs of our clients.  He has 15 years of experience in representing families and individuals in a variety of areas.  He has an extensive probate practice including estate administration and guardianships for disabled adults and minors.   Steve has helped many families gain peace of mind by assisting them with drafting their estate planning documents.   Through his expertise in consumer bankruptcy, Steve has also helped individuals and married couples save their homes and get out from underneath crushing debt.  Residential real estate closings comprise another significant area of Steve's practice.  Steve takes pride in serving our clients in a professional and efficient manner while always keeping an eye on achieving practical results.
